Abstract:
To provide a multi-spindle slide table device capable of moving on a plurality of stages, without greatly increasing the size of a conventional slide table device.
The slide table device 10 comprises the stages 3a-3d as the plurality of the tables, linear guides 2a, 2b, and driving members (motors 5a-5d, couplings 6a-6d, and driving shafts 1a-1d which is a ball screw). The linear guides 2a, 2b guide the plurality of the stages 3a-3d so as to move the plurality of the stages 3a-3d along the same moving shaft. The driving member moves the plurality of stages 3a-3d.
