The cutting part 3 has a cutting body part 5 for rotatably supporting the cutting blade 53, a slide part 6 which supports the cutting body part 5 and can move the cutting body part 5 in the side surface direction of the cutting blade 53 with respect to the base part 2 above the base part 2, and a support part 4 for supporting the slide part 6 and connected to the base part 2, the swinging shaft part 44 provided to the support part 4 and swinging the cutting blade 53 between a cutting position where the wood W can cut and a non-cutting position where the wood W can not cut, and a holding mechanism for holding the cutting blade 53 at the cutting position when the cutting blade 53 is swung to the cutting position.
