A holding part 31A is provided with an assist mechanism 40 having a motor 41, a roller 42, and a one-way clutch provided between an output shaft of the motor 41 and the roller 42. The output shaft of the motor 41 is set perpendicular to a slide bar 32B, the roller 42 is coaxially disposed with respect to the output shaft of the motor 41, and a peripheral surface of the roller 42 abuts to an outer periphery of the slide bar 32B. The one-way clutch connects the roller 42 to the output shaft of the motor 41 for driving when the slide bar 32B slides in the backward direction with respect to the holding part 31A. On the other hand, the connection for driving between the output shaft of the motor 41 and the roller 42 is cut off, when the slide bar 32B slides forward.
