To provide an inexpensive slide type thread-mount construction in which a member fixing operation can be easily performed for a short period of time and parts can be shared, and a member fixing method utilizing the construction.

A slide type thread-mount construction is such that a screw member 1 having a male screw on a peripheral surface of a cylindrical screw body 4 can be threadably attached to two nut members 2 and 3 which include female screws for threadedly engaging with the male screw on inner walls of nut bodies 10 and 18 having insertion holes into which the screw member 1 is inserted. The peripheral surface of the screw body 4 has the male screw 7 between a plurality of planes extending substantially parallel with the axis of the screw body 4 and adjacent planes, while the inner walls of the nut bodies 10 and 18 have the female screws 14, respectively, while can threadedly engage with the male screw 7 between a plurality of guide recesses having no threaded engagement with the male screw 7 of the screw body 4 and adjacent guide recesses.
