Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slider parts for timepiece having a coat with superior lubrication performance (low friction force, uniformness, stability) and capable of maintaining the lubrication performance for a long time and production method and device for obtaining this slider part for time piece relatively easily and at a low cost.
SOLUTION: The production method for slider parts for timepiece has the first process to disintegrate fluoride (except hydrogen fluoride) by electric discharge and form fluorine-containing process gas containing fluorine and the second process to contain processed body W in a process chamber 110, have unsaturated hydrocarbon containing 2 or more double bonds of carbon-carbon and the fluorine react, and form a coat of organic compound containing fluorine on the surface of the processed body W. The fluorine-containing process gas is obtained by exciting the fluorine-containing compound under the atmospheric pressure or nearby with a pair of electrodes impressed by alternating current voltage with a low frequency at 50 kHz or less or direct current voltage.
