This slider 1 is formed by accomodating a tube in a cover 20 provided with a grip part 3 and a towing part 4. The cover 20 is formed by connecting a first covering member 21 and a second covering member 22 by means of a third band-shaped covering member. The first covering member and the second covering member 22 are respectively made of materials different from one another. The third covering member 23 has a fastener 24 to open and close the cover 20. The grip part 3 is formed over the whole circumference of the slider 1, and gripped at any position. The towing part 4 is formed by connecting a rope 43 to a projection 41b of the towing belt disposed on the tube.
