To provide a sliding type adjuster adjusting the length or the air permeation amount of a part separated from an operation part with simple operations, and designed so as to be comfortably worn or used.
The sliding type adjuster is provided with the following: a slide fastener 12 attached to a fabric 11 for a product such as a garment or personal belongings; sliders 16, 22 slidingly attached to the slide fastener 12; a string body 30 one end of which is attached to the sliders 16, 22, and the other end of which is attached to part of the fabric 11 separated from the slide fastener 12 or a member other than the fabric 11. The string body 30 moves when the sliders 16, 22 move along the slide fastener 12 and the member such as the fabric 11 attached to the other edge part of the string body 30 moves so as to adjust the size, the shape and the position of the product. The sliders 16, 22 are disposed so that parts for opening the elements 14 of the slide fastener 12 are opposite to each other, and parts for closing them are disposed in front or behind in a sliding direction.
