Abstract:
To provide sliding components of a compressor providing lower raw material cost, lower machining work cost and lower tool consumables cost than a sand mold cast component, reduced in waste such as polishing waste and processing waste liquid, and having sufficient fatigue strength and abrasion resistance.
This sliding components 17, 24, 26, 39, 117, 124, 126 and 224 of the compressor are sliding components of the compressor manufactured by a semi-molten die-cast molding process, and partial heat treatment is applied to parts 17a, 17b, 39a, 39b, 39c, 39d, SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, SC5, SC6 and SC7.
