To provide a sliding deck plate which can adjust the length of the deck plate depending on a different interval of a slab forming area, and is reusable or can be diverted to another application without leaving the same in the construction field at the time of slab construction.
The sliding deck plate is formed of a metallic first deck plate 1a having an upper surface serving as a temporary floor surface, and a metallic second deck plate 11a having an upper surface serving as the temporary floor surface as well, and both the deck plates are connected together by a connected length adjusting mechanism 8 in a manner capable of adjusting a connected length. Deck plate main bodies 2, 12 have slide holders 5, 15 fixed to rear surfaces thereof, respectively. The slide holders are slidably fitted to each other by the connected length adjusting mechanism, and an end of the slide holder, opposite to the connected length adjusting mechanism, is crushed to form a bearing member engaging surface 22.
