Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe sliding door guide device that prevents mortar and the like from being damaged and destroyed in the case where a floor surface is made of the mortar and the like lower in strength than concrete, even when impact and lateral pressure are applied when a sliding door travels.SOLUTION: Fitting means 13 of a floor-side guide g2 makes a case movably arranged in such a manner as to be fitted in the loosely-fitted state of making a gap S between its inner peripheral surface 20 and the case. When a sliding door is pushed by wind and subjected to lateral pressure during traveling, the case freely moves in the gap and comes off the fitting means to cushion impact.
