This sliding door has a striker for lifting the intermediate stopper control mechanism together with window glass, the control lever 157 forming pin parts 159 and 161, a claw part 167, a first guide 181 and a second guide 183, first guide grooves 163 and 165 movably engaging with the pin parts of the control lever and guiding the control lever between a first position for releasing a state capable of operating an intermediate stopper mechanism and a second position capable of operating the intermediate stopper mechanism, and a bracket 153 movably engaging with the claw part of the control lever and forming a second guide groove 173 having a step part for prohibiting the movement of the control lever to the second position by allowing the claw part of the control lever to abut when the control lever exists in the first position.
