A sliding hinge for openably and closably mounting a door 2 to a cabinet 1 includes: a hinge body 11 which is mounted to the cabinet side; a mounting bracket 12 which is mounted to the door side; links 15, 16 which are rotatably mounted to the hinge body 11 and the mounting bracket 12 and foldably and unfoldably connect the mounting bracket 12 to the hinge body 11; a tension spring 17 which is installed between the mounting bracket 12 and the links 15, 16, always energizes the mounting bracket 12 in a direction folded in the hinge body 11 and holds the mounting bracket 12 to the hinge body 11 in a folded state and an unfolded state; and a damper 18 which buffers/attenuates the rotation of the links 15, 16 so as to reduce the movement of the mounting bracket 12 when the mounting bracket 12 moves in the folded direction.
