Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding material excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance and using an aliphatic polyketone resin which is cheaper than sliding material made from other synthetic resin.SOLUTION: Graph 3-1 and 4-1 show measurement results of friction coefficient and comparative abrasion quantity of test piece 1-1 of an aliphatic polyketone resin to which jojoba oil of 0.5 mass% is blended, Graph 3-2 to 3-4, 4-2 to 4-4 show measurement results of friction coefficient and comparative abrasion quantity of test pieces 1-2 to 1-4 of an aliphatic polyketone resin to which jojoba oil of 2 mass% is blended, Graph 3-5 and 4-5 show measurement results of friction coefficient and comparative abrasion quantity of comparative example 1-5 of an aliphatic polyketone resin to which PTFE powder is blended, Graph 3-6 and 4-6 show measurement results of friction coefficient and comparative abrasion quantity of comparative example 1-6 consisting of the aliphatic polyketone resin. From this result, enhancement of sliding performance can be expected by using the aliphatic polyketone resin to which jojoba oil of 1 mass% is blended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
