To solve problems in improvement of seizure resistance and wear resistance, and reduction of sliding loss at a sliding part of a fluid machine requiring efficiency and durability, for example, problems at a sliding part of a scroll made of aluminum alloy in a scroll compressor using carbon dioxide as refrigerant.
A lubricating oxidation film layer containing solid lubricant is formed on a sliding surface layer by making minute powder of solid lubricant collide on the sliding surface of a sliding member (movable scroll 3) containing aluminum as a principle ingredient after forming anodic oxidation film by anodic oxidation treatment thereon. Consequently, improvement of seizure resistance and wear resistance, and reduction of sliding loss cane materialized, and a fluid machine of high reliability and efficiency can be provided.
