Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide member which is excellent in low-friction performance and wear resistance at a slide, has a coating which is hardly cracked or exfoliated in a short period of time while withstanding a slide with a rotating shaft which rotates at a high speed in the case of, for example, an oil seal, and thereby can hold a reduction effect of slide torque by the coating while maintaining favorable seal performance for a long period of time from an initial stage of use.SOLUTION: In a slide member 1, slide faces 7, 8 sliding with the other member 2 of a base body 5 which is formed of fluorine rubber are coated with a coating 9 which is formed of an epoxy resin whose scratch hardness (pencil method) after being hardened is F to 2H, and in which fluorine resin powder 22 is dispersed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
