Abstract:
To provide a sliding nozzle plate having good heat spalling resistance and to improve oxidation resistance.
The material of the sliding nozzle plate is added with at least one kind of refractory aggregates such as alumina, silica, zirconia, magnesia, spinel and the like, 0.2-10.0 wt.% of expansion graphite, and 0.1-8.0 wt.% of at least one kind of metals as antioxidants. Furthermore, the antioxidant is added with 0.05-10.0 wt.% of at least one kind of carbides or borides.
