Abstract:
To provide a sliding nozzle plate with very excellent corrosion resistance.
A plate brick has a structure of two or more layers consisting of a working face layer 30, which consists of a inner hole face 31 and a slide face 32, and a non working face layer 20. A working face layer 30 is made of a material in which an additive obt. by combining either one kind or ≥2 kinds of a nitride such as silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, boron nitride, sialon or the like, and a boride such as zirconium boride, titanium boride, or the like, is blended in an alumina carbon material in a range of 0.5-25%.
