PURPOSE: To improve wear resistance and long period reliability of a slide moving location after ensuring lightness in weight of moving part by arranging a compound reinforced or surface hardened Al base material of containing a ceramics material or metal porous material in the slide moving location of the slide moving part.
CONSTITUTION: In this scroll type compressor, a motor mechanism 2 and a compression mechanism 3 are housed in the inside of a closed casing 1. A main shaft 7 is connected to a rotor 2a of the motor mechanism 2, and also a crank part 7a of this main shaft is inserted to a boss part 5b of a turning scroll 5 in the compression mechanism 3. On the other hand, an Oldham's ring 12, as a mechanism for preventing rotation of the turning scroll 5 on its own axis, is interposed between the turning scroll 5 and a frame 8. Here, the Oldham's ring 12 and the turning scroll 5 are formed of Al base material. Slide moving parts between the turning scroll 5 and the Oldham's ring 12 and between the Oldham's ring 12 and the frame 8 are formed of compound reinforced and surface hardened Al base materials.
