A large number of shutter units 2 formed by folding a pair of panels 21 with a same width to an angle slightly larger than a half circle toward an indoor side by connecting these panels with hinges are supported on the guide rail 1 through horizontal guide rollers 26 projectingly attached to the upper and lower ends of a non-connection side stile. Therefore, each shutter unit 2 can be opened and closed independently. A corner connection member 11 is so attached to a corner of U-shape in plan view that the groove guide 12 thereof is arranged continuously with the end of the guide rail 1 arranged orthogonal thereto. When the shutter unit 2 is manually fed toward the corner, the shutter unit 2 is installed on the guide rail 1 arranged orthogonal thereto, maintains the extended state, and moves beyond the corner. Therefore, the sliding shutter A can be fully opened.
