Title:
SLIME REMOVING METHOD FROM EXCAVATED GROOVE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND WALL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2778318
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To certainly and simply remove the slime produced in a casing of a preceding underground wall and deposited at the bottom of the casing in parallel with excavation of a lower trench in the subsequent wall when underground wall of the casing joint system only in the upper part is to be constructed.
CONSTITUTION: On the joint casing side, high pressure muddy water is spouted from a nozzle hole 22a of a hose 22 to tear slime 16 bit by bit from the over- part to the under-part and to blow off into the lower trench 10a in the subsequent wall through a gap (d) between a partition plate 12a of a casing joint 12 and a longitudinal direction stepped part 10d. A mud lifting means is installed at an excavating machine 18 in the subsequent wall lower trench to suck the muddy water including soil/sand and concrete flakes generated from excavation and exhaust to over the ground via a mud lift pipe 18a, when the slime supplied from the over-side is sucked and removed simultaneously.
