To provide a slip cap which can set a slip resistance difference by a rotation direction and can change slip resistance values in an overload preventive handle that has a slip function obediently resisting.
A click mechanism is used for a slip function, a plurality of click mechanisms are provided radially from a center of rotation of a body, and set torque is changed according to the number of click mechanisms and the strength of a spring. A stopper for stopping click halfway is provided among the click mechanisms. Since the stopper transmits torque over the set torque, the number is one which resists the torque. When changing either open or close set torque, one corner of grooves provided for the cap which cause click is bevelled and the groove is made shallow. In order to cause one-way in which either open or close toque does not slip, the stopper is made to operate at a position where click does not occur.
