Abstract:
PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in the durability of a brake, by lowering the extent of generating torque without applying a brake when a slip in driving wheels is smaller, and giving braking force to these driving wheels along with this generating torque drop when the slip is larger enough. CONSTITUTION:A control unit U inputs each of speed signals or the like of driving front wheels 2 and 3 and a driven rear wheel 4 from sensors 64-66, and also detects a slip state to a road surface of these driving wheels 2 and 3. And, when each slip of these driving wheels 2 and 3 is smaller, it throttles opening of a throttle valve 13 by a throttle actuator 14, lowering the output of an engine 6, and performs slip control without braking these driving wheels 2 and 3. On the other hand, the slip is larger enough, brakes 21 and 22 are operated via hydraulic control valves 30 and 31 together with this generating torque drop in the engine 6, giving braking force to these driving wheels 2 and 3. Thus, the durability in these brakes can be improved and, what is more, any occurrence of a brake shock is avoidable.
