To provide a slip detector for a rotor capable of detecting only a force of a rotating direction desired to be originally captured by a detecting means such as a piezoelectric element or the like by preventing eccentricity of each of an inner race and an outer race by a pressing force and facilitating the slip detection of the rotor.
A roller for turning over a page has an inner race 61 and a outer race 62 provided coaxially with the race 61. The race 61 is fixed to an end of an arm 11 (12) as a drive shaft. The races 61, 62 are contacted with one another and held by a rolling bearing 63 provided therebetween. A surface of the race 62 is covered with a rubber material 64 having a large frictional coefficient. One ends of a plate-like piezoelectric element 66 and a torque transmission plate 67 are adhesively fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the race 61 via an interval of 180 degrees, and the other ends of the element 66 and the plate 67 are adhesively fixed to the inner surface side of the race 62 corresponding thereto.
