This slip mechanism includes magnetic substances 5 and 6 oppositely arranged so that attraction force mutually operates and a sleeve 2 provided with the magnetic substances 5 and 6. The magnetic substance 6 is a rotary shaft of paralleling to the direction for operating the attraction force, and slidably rotates to the magnetic substance 5. The magnetic substance 5 is provided with a through-hole penetrating in the rotary shaft direction of the magnetic substance 6. The magnetic substance 6 is provided with a through-hole penetrating in the rotary shaft direction of the magnetic substance 6. The sleeve 2 is inserted into the respective through-holes of the magnetic substances 5 and 6. The magnetic substance 5 and the sleeve 2 are fixed.
