Title:
SLIP PREVENTING TOOL FOR DUAL TIRES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09323516
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To exhibit slip preventing performance in the starting and braking of a vehicle in a slip preventing tool in dual tires by making the sectional form of the slip preventing tool similar to the upper space form of a pair of adjacent side walls of dual tires, and specifying the sectional dimension and grounding surface height.

This slip preventing tool 15 formed as a tire belt is designed so that the sectional form nipped between adjacent side walls is similar to the upper space form of dual tires 11, and the section minimum width is smaller than the upper space dimension of the dual tires 11 and larger than the lower space dimension, so that it is firmly nipped by the side walls on the grounding side. Each tire belt has a through-hole for inserting a steel-made rod, eye bolts 19 are mounted on both ends of the rod to fasten the adjacent tire belts by a metal chain 21 and a spring hook 23, and the tire belts are installed so as not to loosen the chain 21 by use of a turn buckle.
