CONSTITUTION: Sponge-like slip preventive materials 3 are arranged in plural places on the upper surfaces of a neck part 1n and a shoulder part 1s of a hanger 1 so as to be exposed, and are integrally molded when a hanger is molded. In such a manufacturing method, after the sponge-like slip preventive materials are attached in plural places to a female mold in positions being the upper surface sides of the neck part 1n and the shoulder part 1s of the hanger 1 before molding, a cavity side metal mold and a core side metal mold are brought into close contact with each other, and insert injection molding is performed. The recessed parts are formed in plural places in the female mold of the cavity side metal mold, and the slip preventive materials 3 may be attached to these.
