To solve a problem wherein a slip-proof material is directly applied to a carpet in placing the carpet on a floor of flooring in order to prevent danger of slipping, however, it is troublesome to apply a slip-proof material to a new carpet upon replacing the carpet.

This slip-proof sheet is equipped with slip-proof members on both backsides of hook and loop fasteners 1, 2. Silicone is applied onto the slip-proof members and both surfaces of the touch fasteners 1, 2 are stuck together. Thus, the slip-proof sheet becomes a both face silicone coated slip-proof sheet which can be used by being put in between a floor and a carpet etc.
