Title:
SLIP RING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012079433
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve the problem that solid lubricative property of graphite is deteriorated due to heat generated by brush slide-contact.

In this embodiment, the slip ring device comprises: a shaft body 101; a two-step first electrode ring 121 in which the slip ring is formed on each of the outer peripheral walls; two brushes 17 contacting the each of the outer peripheral walls; an insulator 13 provided at upper side of the brushes 17 and each of the first electrode rings 121; a two-step second electrode ring 111 provided at upper side of the insulator 13 in which the slip ring is formed on each of the inner peripheral walls; two brushes 16 contacting each of the inner peripheral walls; and a heat dissipation member which dissipates the heat generated by the brushes 16 being contacted with the inner peripheral wall of the second electrode rings 111 and is provided at outer side in the radial direction of the shaft body that is farther than the outer peripheral walls of the second electrode rings 111. The heat dissipation member 23 is provided with a slip ring device 1 which dissipates heat receiving the heat from the outer peripheral wall opposite from a contact surface of the brush 16.
