Abstract:
To eliminate a fear that oil is transmitted along a resin molded body, a slip ring, a connection terminal, and a boundary of the slip ring by capillary action to leak outside.SOLUTION: A slip ring device includes: a slip ring 4 in which a resin molded body 2 is integrated with an outer periphery near one end thereof; a connection terminal 5 whose one end is connected to the slip ring in the resin molding body and the other end projects outward; and a seal ring 6 mounted on an outer peripheral section between the slip ring and the other end of the connection terminal. An essential section has projections 4a and 6a in which the slip ring and the seal ring are projected from a ring end face in an axial direction and embedded in the resin-molding body. A sealing high adhesion section "a" is partly configured whose degree of adhesion with resin is higher than other section due to contraction of resin in a radial direction by insert molding among resin sections joined to projections' surface by being integrated with the resin molded body 2 by insert molding in a state where the slip ring, the connecting terminal, and the seal ring are arranged in advance in a collar member 3 made of resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
