Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of a slip ring wherein an abnormality in quality such as burrs or warpage is not easily caused, and a large creepage distance can be secured.

In this manufacturing method of the slip ring having a plurality of conductive patterns 90 concentrically formed while having different diameters, walls 5 which are concentric with the conductive patterns 90 are formed between the adjacent conductive patterns 90 by making a nozzle discharge a paste-like insulating resin, and the walls 5 are heated and dried. A process to form the walls 5 and a process to heat and dry the walls 5 are repeated a plurality of times. Thereby, the cross section of the wall takes the form of a log.
