Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip ring which has a new structure, a low profile, and a small size, and to provide a motor integrated with the slip ring.
SOLUTION: A slip ring 40 (6-pole type) comprises a plurality of thin film patterns which are conductive rings and arranged concentrically and has a double-side printed board 7 at a fixed side, a case 12 having a circular through- hole 11 in its upper central part, a hollow shaft rotor having a hollow shaft 16 which has a shaft insertion hole 14 and two wiring insertion holes 15 around the shaft insertion hole 14 and is inserted rotatably through the circular through- hole 11, a plurality of conductive brushes which are brought into electrical contact with the respective conductive rings, and a plurality of lead wires 21 on a rotating side. By inserting the shaft of a motor into the shaft insertion hole 14, the hollow shaft rotor can be driven directly.
