A slip turnover tool is constituted of a main body 2, consisting of a bag type natural rubber or the like, whose one end of a cylindrical part is closed and whose other end is equipped with an opening, a slip turnover unit 1, on which small projections 3 are distributed within a predetermined range from the closed part to the open end side of the main body 2, and a bar type body 4, whose one end is inserted into the main body 2 from the open end side to a position whereat the bar type body 4 is contacted with the closed part of the main body 2.
