Abstract:
To provide a protective member having high shock-absorbing effect by forming folds in the direction orthogonal to straight slits or in the direction along the straight slits.
The protective member 13 has barrier wall parts 17 which are erected in an inclined manner when pulling a slit forming member 1 where a plurality of unit slits 4 having straight slits 2 and a pair of end slits 3 formed in an inclined manner with respect to the straight slits 2 at both ends of the straight slits 2 are periodically arranged in the direction orthogonal to the straight slits 2, and a link part 16 to connect the barrier wall parts 17 to each other.
