Title:
SLIT YARN MANUFACTURING METHOD CAPABLE OF REALIZING MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS SUCH AS DEODORANT FUNCTION AND ANTIVIRUS FUNCTION AT LOW MIXING RATIO
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2022043016
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a slit yarn that contains pure silver and can decrease a mixing ratio of a yarn required for realizing functions by increasing the exposure of silver alone to increase the exposed pure silver layer and the amount of silver ion eluting from the exposed pure silver layer and can realize all functions or selection of function by making variations to the mixing ratio with one raw material without adversely affecting feeling and tone of a fabric and a fiber product although it was difficult to realize many functions such as deodorant and antivirus functions in addition to antimicrobial deodorant action, static electricity elimination, and heat insulation by one raw material on a fabric and a fiber product made of the fabric.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: Fine cutting lines or holes are provided on a laminate film having a sandwich structure in which two or one pure silver layer is sandwiched on two plastic films by a well-known method such as vacuum deposition method. The laminate film is entirely slit along the fine cutting lines or holes and twisted into slit yarns. The pure silver layer is exposed on a slit cross section and a central part in slit width. A fabric and a fiber product having the slit yarn can realize the functions described in the problem to be solved described above at a lower mixing ratio than a slit yarn in which the pure silver layer is exposed only on both cross sections, which can mitigate a large influence on feeling and tone of the fabric and the fiber product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1
