To provide a slitter device to unwind a wide web, cut into a plurality of narrow webs, take up the narrow webs on bobbins, and generate a plurality of small packages, wherein the downtime of the slitter device due to rewinding works is shortened.

The slitter device is equipped with a first holder shaft set consisting of a plurality of first holder shafts to hold bobbins and a second holder shaft set consisting of a plurality of second holder shafts to hold the bobbins. The first holder shafts are arranged so that their one-side ends are coupled by the first coupling part of the slitter device and rotated in the horizontal direction by the first rotating mechanism to work round the first coupling part as an axis. The second holder shafts are arranged so that their one-side ends are coupled by the second coupling part of the slitter device located opposite the first holder shaft and rotated in the direction opposite the first holder shafts by the second rotating mechanism to work round the second coupling part as an axis.
