Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the spatter of aggregate at the time of construction, and to provide the planting base with the excellent structure by adding the swelling and water holding slurry, which is obtained by adding adhesive agent to the swelling and water holding material, to a planting base material, which is obtained by adding fertilizer, soil improving material and seeds to an aggregate such as ballast.
SOLUTION: Planting base material 1 to be fed to a spray nozzle 2 through a hose 9 is formed of an aggregate such as ballast, recycled asphalt and recycled concrete and organic soil improving agent, fertilizer and seeds, and the planting base material 1 is housed in a reservoir 15. Swelling and water holding material slurry 6 to be supplied to the spray nozzle 2 through a hose 12 is obtained by adding water 4 and adhesive agent 16 to the swelling and water holding material 5 of high water absorptive polymer, and agitating them in an agitating tank 10, and thereafter, making it sufficiently absorb water in a reservoir 11. As an adhesive agent 16 for preventing fall of the planting base material 7, for preventing generation of corrosion and for preventing deposition of the swelling and water holding material 5 in the reservoir 11, a polymer group adhesive agent is used. The planting base material 11 is sprayed with the swelling and water holding slurry 6 toward a slope 3 so as to construct a planting base 7. With this structure, water holding property is improved, and budding and growing-up of plant is improved.
