PURPOSE: To retain a slope face by arranging frame members in the shape of a grid on the slope face.

CONSTITUTION: At a setting position on a slope face, on the fitting-on recessed channel 11a of a lower frame member 1, the fitting-on recessed channel 21a of an upper frame member 2 is fitted, and respective hollow frame sections 12, 22 are engaged with the four sides of hollow block bodies 11, 21 in a cross shape and in a projected state, and into a section between the bolt inserting holes 11b, 21b of both the frame members 1, 2 to communicate with each other in the engaged state, a metallic shell body 3 is inserted, and an anchor bolt 4 is inserted through the shell body 3, and by driving the bolt 4 into ground, both the frame members 1, 2 are fixed on the slope face.
