SOLUTION: This slope rock excavating machine is installed on a working arm of a construction machine of a backhoe, etc. A lateral drum drilling rig 240 is installed on a frame 100 having a mounting bracket 110 free to move in the longitudinal direction along a vertical guide rail 130, the lateral drum drilling rig 240 is free to vertically move by a feed unit 230, a drilling lateral drum 246 is axially supported on a lower part through a bracket 242, a large number of drilling bits 246a are formed on an outer periphery of this drilling lateral drum 246, and it is devised to be rotated by a drive motor 247.
