CONSTITUTION: A lock bolt 2 with the sealed front end and equipped with a pipe-like member 3 having an approximately S-shaped section is inserted into an anchor hole 1b bored in the ground from the surface of a bedrock. In addition. a cylindrical connection member 6 having a taper section 6b and an opening 6a on the front end is fitted to the pipe-like member 3 projected from the surface of the bedrock, filler is forcedly poured to the inside 3a of a pipe to expand, and the lock bolt 2 is fixed in the ground. Tension is provided to the lock bolt 2 through the connection member 6, and compressive stress is proved to the bedrock through a block 7.
