The sections intersecting the longitudinal direction of the respective rail members 4 in a plurality of passage members 2 have the same shape. A first projection part 42 is formed on one side of the upper end side of the rail member 4 and a first recessed part 43 is formed below the first projection part 42 to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the rail member 4 and connected to each other. A second projection part 44 is formed on the other side of the lower end side of the rail member 4 and a second recessed part 45 is formed above the second projection part 44 to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the rail member 4 and connected to each other. The first projecting part 42 of one rail member 4 of adjacent passage members 2 engaged with each other engages with the second recessed part 45 of the other rail member 4, and the second projection part 44 of the other rail member 4 engages with the first recessed part 43 of one rail member 4.
