Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the alteration of the dredged-material thickness of a sludge collector with the hardness change of sludge maximally by simple structure.
SOLUTION: The sludge collector has a sludge collecting box 10, with which a sludge suction pipe 50 is communicated, on the reverse side to the opening 11 side for collecting sludge while having two or more of spiral cutters 30, in which the front end sides are placed on the opening 11 side and shafts 31 are extended towards the sludge suction pipe 50 side, under a juxtaposed state. Two or more of the spiral cutters 30, 30... have spiral screws 32 respectively while being rotated and driven under the state, in which the screws 32 of the adjacent other screw cutters 30 are housed in spiral grooved sections 32a formed by the screws 32 on at least opening 11 side. The sludge collector has a tilting means tilting the sludge collecting box 10 so that a virtual surface containing the opening 11 of the sludge collecting box 10 is varied towards the side, where the virtual surface is made perpendicular, from the direction side, where the virtual surface is made level.
