To provide waste water treating and sludge composting equipment which is capable of performing waste water treatment and sludge composting without transporting sludge.

This waste water treating and sludge composting equipment 100 approximately comprises a waste water treating section 10 which is provided with an aerator 11 for performing the waste water treatment by using aerobic bacteria and a sludge composting section 20 which composts the sludge formed in the aerator 11. The equipment is constructed in such a manner that the gas generated in composting the sludge by the sludge composing section 20 is supplied into the aerator 11 by means of a blower 15 disposed at the aerator 11. The waste water treating section 10 is provided with deodorizing means such that the odors generated by the waste water treatment and the odors generated by composting the sludge are deodorized.
