Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge dehydration apparatus capable of improving recovery ratio of solid content without increasing total consumption of added flocculant and with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The sludge dehydration apparatus comprises: a flocculation device 23 adding a polymer flocculant to sludge to be dehydrated flowing from a sludge supply system 20 and stirring; a dehydrator 10 having a front concentration zone 12 and a rear dehydration zone 13 and dehydrating the flocculated sludge containing a flocculated flock generated in the flocculation device 23; and a direct returning system 40 directly returning dehydration filtrate discharging from the dehydration zone 13 of the dehydrator 10 to the flocculation device 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
