Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge drying processing method and its device for removing liquid-like substance such as water, oil and the like from various kinds of sludge.SOLUTION: This invention basically provides a method for sludge drying and processing method in which sludge S is supplied to a reduced pressure processing tank 1 and an inside part of the reduced pressure processing tank 1 is processed in reduced pressure by an ejector pump 4 connected to the reduced pressure processing tank 1 through a condensation tank 2 and the sludge is indirectly heated under a state in which a boiling point of liquid-like substance in the sludge S is lowered to take out the liquid-like substance under its vapor state and subsequently the vapor is condensed and returned to its liquid state and stored in a condensation tank 2, thereby liquid substance is removed from the sludge S and dried.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
