Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge recycling treatment method which produces recycled product which can be used in wide fields by producing construction related materials essentially consisting of sludge to reconsider the final disposal which has been performed till now or a resource recycling method which is appliable only for limited uses.
SOLUTION: In the treatment method which makes recycles sludge which occurs in a construction field or construction related sludge which occurs in the stage of product washing in a sand manufactory or a stone pit, surplus soil, cement solidifier, and quicklime are thrown into a bowl-shaped vessel 2 of a rotating pan type kneading mixer 1, where an agitating blade 3 disposed in the vessel 2 is horizontally rotated to knead materials, and are kneaded, and thereafter, the sludge is thrown there and quicklime is thrown there furthermore to produce recycled product which are granular and spherical having smooth surfaces.
