Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge scraper which prevents detachment of an endless chain from a rotation wheel without sacrificing scraping ability of sludge, in relation to the sludge scraping device which is disposed in a sedimentation basin allowing sludge contained in received water to be sedimented on a basin bottom part and scrapes the sludge sedimented on the basin bottom part with a flight plate.SOLUTION: An endless chain 31 has a plurality of connection pins 313 and a plurality of link members 310 provided with through-holes and is made by inserting the connection pins 313 into the through-holes between the link members 310 and connecting the link members 310 to each other. Therein, the prescribed connection pins of the number more than the number of flight plates 32 attached to the endless chain 31 are protruded such that an edge part thereof is brought into contact with a guide member 342 by shaking due to an earthquake and the guide member 342 has an extension part extended in a tangential direction of the sprocket 34.
