To provide a sludge solidifying apparatus, a sludge solidifying method, a sludge treating apparatus, a sludge supplying apparatus and a sludge treating method by which construction sludge containing coarse fragments can be treated.
When the construction sludge containing coarse fragments is charged on a vibrating screening net 11, the fragments smaller than a mesh of the screening net 11 and the mud component fall and are deposited in a hopper 30. The fragments larger than the mesh of the screening net 11 are charged in a chute 22, crushed by a roll crusher 20 and deposited in the hopper 30. The small fragments and the mud component which are deposited in the hopper 30 and pass through the screening net 11 of a vibrating screen 10 and the fragments crushed by the roll crusher 20 are supplied quantitatively to a paddle mixer 50 by a screw conveyer 40. The construction sludge charged by the screw conveyer 40 is agitated/mixed with unslaked lime separately supplied quantitatively from a solidifying material charge port 53 and solidified and the solidified sludge is discharged to a pit 60 as improved soil.
