Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge thickening and dewatering system capable of generating satisfactory thickened sludge and reducing expense remarkably.
SOLUTION: A sludge treatment system 1 consists of a sludge storing tank 3 for storing mixed sludge 2, a sludge feeding means 4 consisting of a pump, a feeding pipe, and the like, for feeding the sludge 2 from the tank 3 to the other place, a coagulant feeding part 12, a coagulation tank 7 for stir-mixing mixed sludge 2 fed from the feeding means 4 and a high molecular coagulant 5 fed from the feeding part 12 to coagulate the sludge particles in the sludge 2 to generate flocked sludge 6, and a sludge thickening part 9 for filter- thickening the sludge 6 which is fed by natural flowing down by a natural flowing down means 8 from the tank 7.
