Abstract:
To provide a sludge treatment method and a treatment apparatus capable of preventing sludge from adhering or accumulating in a continuous hot air dryer.SOLUTION: A method for treating sludge according to the present invention is a method for treating sludge having a dehydration step of dehydrating sludge with a dehydrator and a drying step of bringing sludge dehydrated in a continuous hot air dryer into contact with hot air to dry the sludge, in the dehydration step, an inorganic flocculant is injected into at least one of the sludge before being supplied to the dehydrator and the sludge being dehydrated in the dehydrator, and the injection rate of the inorganic flocculant is, 5% or more with respect to the solid matter amount of sludge supplied to the dehydrator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
