Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively using a sluice gate by attaching a removable hydraulic power generator to the sluice gate and using a regular water flow to generate electricity, and to take measures for much flowing trash for using a surface current of a river for power generation.SOLUTION: For the sluice gate, a power generator slide rail and a power generator attaching/detaching device are attached on the downstream side thereof, and a trash preventing machine slide rail, a trash preventing machine attaching/detaching device and a movable gate are attached on the upstream side thereof, the hydraulic power generator 8 is set to the power generator attaching/detaching device, the trash preventing machine 10 is set to the trash preventing machine attaching/detaching device, and the sluice gate is lowered to the water surface using a sluice gate elevating device 2. The trash preventing machine 10 and an impeller 9 are submerged in water, the hydraulic power generator 8 starts power generation as the impeller 9 is rotated by the water flow, the trash preventing machine 10 is formed from several chain-like metals arranged like a short split curtain to protect and cover the impeller 9, and trash is not gathered to the impeller 9 and is flown downstream.
